Surrender

article image placeholderUploaded by @mikes1648
What I find myself doing most of the time is I read some books about energy and presence and I meditate. I'll go and Smith in the woods and sit by a tree and I'll feel a beautiful presence of peace. And then once I feel that I take that out into the world and just watch it appear. And in that you have the act of surrender. You surrender the mic story. You surrender the story that you've been following since you were child all through school

How to really let go.. just my experience

And there they go up to the sky. It's so beautiful to think about trees actually in the context of what we think we can control and can control and what our roots really mean to us. And I love the idea of surrendering when you can really allow for your mind to unravel what you think is straps around some kind of control mechanism because it's much more exciting if you allow for things to inform you as you go

Because I was asking her, okay, what do I have to do to be? And she's like, well, nothing. That's the thing. You have to see what naturally arises. And I find myself having such trouble being present. But when I think about it, the moments when I feel most joy and people recognize that I'm feeling joy are when I'm just being. And it reminds me of this thing that I don't know where I read. I think it was Kafka

How to live as "being"

It's fascinating going into being that could be the title of a book and that can be your project. It sounds like you've got a good handle on this. And I would just spend time just continually the more you go back into being this, the more you go back into stillness and you identify yourself as that. That is who you are. You're not your name. You are not your thoughts. You've never been your thoughts. Well, then who are you? Who am I?

Very interesting!

Thank you for sharing this. I really enjoyed listening to it. I thought it was really interesting how you explained Surrender into your own piece. You have a very nice way of going into detail and explaining this in a way I've never thought about it before. So thank you for sharing

I've got something new I'm going to put on today. Hopefully, if I get time and it's about seeing the entire world as a presence of of love. I mean, literally everything. And it goes beyond the thinking mind. And it's something very nature when I speak of it, it will totally make sense. So I hope to post that later today. Enjoy. Thanks. Bye
