Why we dream?

Do you know? There are five stages of sleep across two main categories, nondrim and REM sleep. Starting in nondrim, we move through the first four stages, where the the body and brain increasingly relax and slow down, the breath and heart rate reduce, the body's temperature decreases, and brain waves slow, becoming what are known as Delta waves. This period of non REM sleep makes us around 5 hours of sleep per night, or around 27% of sleep in general

Hi. I didn't know that we had different stages of sleep, but I actually got to know the number from you, and I really understood it really well all about the sleep cycles and the sleep levels. But I really like that actually getting to know about these things will make me feel better, because every day we learn new things. So this wasn't learning of today. Thank you
