And then when I left, graduated from high school, I left and I moved out of the state and I was alone. That's what we carry inside. But other people operate differently. And I think when we're moving through life kind of fast or not considering other people or not taking that second to consider the other person, we can hurt each other. So I think this is a really wonderful conversation to start and to start in your social circles with your family and everything

But without knowing the particular language that I learned however many years ago, what comes up is that when you identify with a group, it helps give you a sense of who you are, a sense of self, yet then it also causes you to disagree and go against any group who might be opposing or who simply just might be different. And one of the things we learned is that groups will fight against each other until they have a shared goal
