Therapies to be very honest, whenever I had anxiety attacks in my past, so I listened music and I had my stuff Choi, my Teddy beer. So I hugged him and while listening to music, it calmed me down. Music really helps a lot to me. So these are the few things like music and my stuff toy. Help me out watching content. Help me out. Like I'm a content observer guy. I love content. So I watched my favorite series whenever I have anxiety attack
