Startups: Building Your Team

article image placeholderUploaded by @paolomcm
Having been working with my business for two years, and I feel like as entrepreneurs, we were able to pivot whenever there was, like, a curveball thrown at us, whether it be a Q and A from a judge or just anything thrown at us. I feel like we did a really good job at working together to solve problems and solve issues, and that's what startups and teamwork is all about, is about helping one another, being mentors to one another and just caring about the company culture

Hey Paolo, that's really solid advice about building the right team and not going after just people, you know, friends you have, but going after people who bring the right and complementary skill set to you. I am curious about your startups idea though. What exactly was it? And now that you've finished third in this competition and got the choice award, what are your plans with it? Are you going to take it to Fruition, able to actually get some funding and launch it?

How do you keep it fresh? The whole chakota experience is about freshness. But if you were to purchase repackage this, would it remain that fresh? Just a question

Personal biases conflicting priorities

And one of the things like there are certain let me take a step back. The thing I've always been is always amazing to me. The reason I find business so entrepreneurship so interesting, because it's always interesting to me that there are people that we've worked with over the years that you meet them and you hear about their concepts and all that, and you're absolutely convinced that they're going to succeed. Question in your mind that they've got the right stuff

@sudha

I guess I don't want to talk about it too much on Swell before we develop our whole business model an idea. But I spoke with a few business partners and mentors and advisors to hopefully make this bigger and scale this business. Super excited. I'll keep Swell updated. And again, thank you so much for the and reply

Thank you so much, Greg, for your input and your valuable and the valuable advice you gave. How has it been, I guess, like being a business coach for the past 30 years? How has that changed your perspective of entrepreneurship or just business in general? And being the founder of Startups? I want to hear more about this incubator program. I myself have participated in accelerated programs

@paolomcm those are two loaded questions you ask

I guess the thing my biggest observation around observation around 30 years or more as a business coach and being a founder is that there are certain person contribute to our success and they contribute to our failure, they contribute to our struggles, they contribute to our brilliance, our personality, our innate traits, our innate qualities absolutely affect how we see ourselves, how we see the world, how we see our customers, how we see our team, our staff, how we see markets absolutely shapes what we believe is possible or also prevents us from seeing our own potential challenges, our own biases, our own cognitive interference
