So compromise is very important in any relationship, including business, including personal life, including friendships, including romantic relationships, including parental relationships, including sibling relationships. Every relationship. Communication is a dying art form right now. It's amazing. I am on vacation and we were just having a free breakfast somewhere and they closed the doors because it was only going till 09:00 and everybody kept walking into the doors. There was no communication that, hello everyone. You know, the breakfast is done today

And that includes a strategy of better communication. But I think people need the patience to know that it's not always immediate, that sense of gratification. I know for myself, especially in terms of family communication with my family, that's around the world, actually, I really have to understand where they are, where their map of the world is, before I barge in and announce my thought. And I think that's also a sensitivity issue. That's an emotional intelligence issue

And so, yeah, it's just come such a crazy, crazy world and it's really just that self gratification society, that instant gratification society that giving out awards and everything to people when they really haven't done the work. It's just everyone wants instant right now where you can go online and Google something and find an answer fast. They want that in the everyday mannerisms of life
