Anxiety has no national boundaries- Why do we engage in anxious patterns of life?

I'll be very happy to discuss these things because I think anxiety is something that a lot of people face today and it's almost like normal. It's a normal side effect of the fast paced life that most of us are living. And the more we learn about how to cope with these things in a healthy way, the faster we will be able to go after the things that we really want in our life. So to end today's?

Wanted to ask some questions to start a discussion on mental health. A part of this is in Marathi, my native language from India, with translation.

And I just wanted to include, like I said, more people from that family of culture in this discussion. And I really hope that if they're listening, they join in and share experiences. If not, it's fine. I would be very happy for anyone across the world to join this discussion. And it would be really interesting if they add to it their own language from their own part of the world
