Welcome!!! Let me introduce myself…

What's up, everybody? This is Robin of Her Way wellness. And I'm here to just tell you a little bit about myself. Like I said, my name is Robin. I am married. I'm 30, 32 years old. I love everything about being well. And although I specialize in coaching intermittent fasting when it comes to wellness, my love for it is on levels of emotional wellness, spiritual wellness, physical wellness, mental wellness

So yeah, I have struggled a lot with connecting my physical health with my mental health. I know it affects one another. I know that I have challenging relationship with food that I've been working through for years. But I am curious about what drew you to the intermittent fasting. I know friends that have done it, that do it and really enjoy it. I haven't really looked into it. I probably should do my own research as well. But I'm curious what leads you to that?

I think what's so compelling about the wellness conversation between people is like the intimacy of someone's story and how it works for them. The tips and trips are great out there in the world when you read them and lists and people are trying to sell you stuff. But when someone says, hey, this is what I was dealing with and I did this and it really made a difference, and you get pretty detailed out it I think that's gold because there's more trust there for me

Sounds super interesting!

Hi Robin, I'm Super interested about all the content you will be sharing on Swell. I am also very into wellness and health and my mom is as well. And so I'm just surrounded by a lot of good energy in that area. And I feel like it's super important to prioritize when you're young in order to set good habits

So after doing so many different diets, it all clicked to me one day that it was my lifestyle or not so much my lifestyle at that time. But it was my relationship with food that needed the biggest change and intermittent fasting allowed me to appropriately address that relationship that I had, which I no longer carry that toxic relationship that I had with food. And I will definitely be speaking on that here in a couple of weeks actually. So yeah, definitely look after that

Hi Deborah. Thank you so much for your response. I completely like agree with you with the whole wellness conversation. Just like what you were saying, a breath of fresh air. To not just have somebody sell you on wellness or tell you how good something is or how great it is, but the aspect of them sharing a real life tactical story, it just puts everything into perspective

It sounds like you do research yourself as well as just looking for things for you and your family. And I totally love that. And another reason why I just love running into other health nuts is because, well, I'll say people who aren't health nuts and you may have experiences a lot of times when you introduce them to things that are, quote, unquote healthy or just open them up to more wellness items or ideas, they often look at you kind of like with a sad eye

So it's using theater more to explore different themes where drama therapy uses theater to explore more of your personal issues and personal things that you're working on. So it's drama therapy has more of the intention of therapeutic goals for four on one clients. Or you can work in communities, which is really powerful as well. But yeah, it's more taking the theater techniques
