And you have to deal and work through the challenges and how that it can be really hard if you're used to taking time for yourself and doing things your way. And that actually to make the relationship stronger, is those moments where you want to be silent and you don't want to deal with it, that you do that, you work through it, because that is the work as well. That is the growth in the relationship

I feel like it's something that happens more often than people talk about. And the hurt of it is just what seemed so subtle, but very impactful. Especially if it happened often. But yeah. Then that whole relationship got to be reexamined or whatever to whereas if they want to stay with each other because they got other parts of a relationship that they want to hold on to. They got to be able to sit down and figure out how to get the communication part in a good space where both of them can be able to benefit from it
