Well, this is gonna be interesting because I really don't like my voice, but maybe somebody will if I'm 54, I'm single, I have four grown children, and I'm getting sober. I was sober for two months recently, and we be lapsed because I started dating again. Don't know what to do about that situation, but I wanted to say hi, and I'm back on the wagon and just looking for encouragement and to encourage others here. Thanks so much

Hi, Deborah. Thank you so much for sharing this. I can relate a lot. I have been sober curious for about four years now, on and off, actually. I'm going to do a swallow about it, and I started talking a little bit about it on another swallow that I'll invite you to about what sober curious is and means to me. But a lot of it is just reflecting and really changing my relationship that I have with alcohol, and it's not easy
