I just wanted to offer a heads up to support. I updated the Android app this morning and it is seriously lagging. I timed it from the second I press a notification in the notifications tab. It takes 23.81 seconds before it completely loads the swell and starts playing that particular response and everything else in the app is also very long. Clicking on the search tab, clicking just anything. But that is the only one that I timed out. Yeah, so I just thought I would pass that on

23.81 seconds from tapping notification (within the app) to playing that response.

Hey, Christina. Yeah, the iPhone app seems just fine. There's no lag. I mean, usually there's a bit of a lag chand. The app is just just starting or loading up, but other than that, there's no lag notifications or anything like that. So, yeah, perhaps stick to the iPhone app. All right, bye

Hey, Christina, thank you for this post. I'm slightly confused because the title says Android, but I heard you talking about iPhone. So are you speaking about an iPhone update and how maybe the Swell app with the latest iPhone update is now slower than before? Just asking for clarity. I did get the notification about the iPhone update. It was sometime this week, Chand. I know my phone has updated. I had to make sure it was connected to WiFi

Hey, JL. I wasn't able to listen to your entire message. I have difficulties with overlapping sounds, but for clarification. I did mention both types of phones, but the difficulties were with the Android version of the app. And that because I was having difficulties with that most recent update. I was going to instead use my old iPhone in the interim. Yeah, I hope that helps. Sorry about that

Christina, we investigated the issue you mentioned and it looks like there was an AWS outage in some zones between nine and 09:00 a.m.. A. M. To 02:00 P.m. Pacific yesterday. Do you mind just trying your Android app again?

Thanks, Christina. We are working on bringing down the latencies even further, but it's good to know at least that it's not in the 32nd range. And we'll keep you posted as to how this evolves. Thank you

Christina. A new version is available today in the App Store and Play Store. It's version three seven. We believe it addresses your Android issue that you reported. If you don't mind, can you please just update your Android to the latest and let us know if this if the issue is not resolved?
