I think it's easy to forget to have empathy for others when there's blame being tossed around, but it's like a groundedness to remind yourself of the other person and not be blinded by whatever frustration or yeah. Or blaming one another. Because it all starts from there, I think. Just being able to look at each other and acknowledge and look at ourselves. But yeah. Thank you. I'm excited for the weekend now with this new energy. I believe it

Kind of like Wonder Woman and her bracelets, I suppose. But it's like crazy how much Negativity was around all of us this week. Very strange. They say Mercury is in retrograde, I believe. Man, I can't get out of here fast enough, right? So here's the thing. We need to lift ourselves up and we need to help each other lift ourselves up so we can rise above the sludge. That's what I'm going to call that, Negativity sludge
