World Heart Day
World heart day. An opportunity for us all to stop and consider how best to use our heart, our love for humanity and for nature and for yourself and the less fortunate. So as we sit and think about World Heart Day, not only does the heart represent the cardiovascular, but it also represents love that comes within. Do we have that love within us? That love that's within us, that can serve us and that can serve others?

We're getting caught up in the fluff. We're getting caught up in the drama and the political divide. And we need to now come together and show one another love.
