Now, this is some sort of pseudoscience in a way. It's not actually applicable and proven scientific method, but I like to think of it as a great assessment of how our ideas work in our minds when we are constructing these ideas bit by bit, electroneuron by neuron. And it's frustrating when you're trying to think of something to say, but everything you think of is just like this is going to be bad. The 8020 Rule you have to strive for failure. I really like the background noise that is in a lot of your swells, hearing your kids playing, and it sounds like a very wholesome home and a lot of memories and just a family vibe to it, which is cool because those are the type of sounds that I was so used to when I was younger, like having so many people around. And I rarely ever hear those sounds anymore. So it's great to hear and I guess cherish those memories because time changes everything

So here's response to and I'm not sure where I want to go with this. I really don't know if I'm going to make a third swell on this. I guess if you don't see a third swell, it's going to be an indication that he didn't make it third as well. But when you talk about striving for goals, achieving goals and failure, I relate to that so much

But that fear still is there. It still is hardwired within us. That flight or fight response and how this relates to the 2020 rule is that trial and error is just essential. It's what fortifies the best of anything, and that is trial and error. You will fail more than you will succeed. But that is the whole point. That's the journey. That's the fun part. Oh, hey, fry Dorio. No, I didn't mean it like some of your swells, I do life and some of my don't. I meant in general, like a lot of the swells I listen to 90% of my life. But a couple of my don't like that wasn't just pertaining to your swells. That was just overall. So I hope you didn't take offense of that, brother. That wasn't a jab on your swells whatsoever

Okay, war pig. I get where you're coming from now. Yeah, that that's how Swell works, right? That's for all of us. You know, there's going to be some we like and some we don't like. There might even be situations where occasionally one might really strike us to which we want to say something. And, you know, majority of the time, like you said, it's not like it's the worst thing ever

Yeah, I always try to have a true atmosphere, but there are times, like at work, I can tap into a different energy when I have those vaulted ceilings and nice acoustic chamber of sound that really complements my voice well. But this will do just as much. But I look forward to hearing what you have to say and the other swell responses when you get to that time to do it
Or maybe it's just I'm happy to be in the presence of listening to other people's experiences, and I just enjoy sometimes not even replying because it's just something that's peaceful to me because the position I'm in, I'm always the guy with the answers. And it is exhausting because we all know no one has the answers. But many years of experience in the Marine Corps has dictated that I am supposed to have all the answers

The graphic art for me is how the ideas kind of form and I also go from experience in terms of what I hear out there. Swell is a great well of ideas in its own right and I hear people say it all the time. One guy, I just heard on here, he wants to start a podcast, he wants to talk about this, he wants to talk about that. That's already a danger to me. You're not doing that. You're not talking about anything
You can kind of feel that a lot of the ideas are not really that great. At least it doesn't sound that great. When I think of something just out of this world, you come to find out that, oh, man, I'm not the first, I'm not the original. And for me personally, I put too much thought in trying to do something groundbreaking. And I think that's where the problem begins. I'm trying to be groundbreaking

But yeah, I think I will just do that because waiting for him is almost impossible. But we have some of the most deep and meaningful conversations about more than just relationships, just about personality, about connection, about love, about being let down, disappointment, all the different emotional things that we go through. And he's one of those people who is really willing to be vulnerable and go out there on the limb and speak his own truth. And that's what I really enjoy about him
