And now I'm sort of at this crossroads and thinking of what else there is that I truly want to do. And a lot of my motivation, my inspiration in life comes from my dreams, from having dream, from having a purpose. And what I've come to somewhat decide on today is the fact that I need a new purpose, I need a new motivation. I need new inspiration, something to really delve into

It's like making a movie. When they make a movie, they always put the characters and then what develops them and what the theme is and how the plot goes. But everything is all about the visual. And so maybe in your process and talking about it here and doing any kind of exploration, you'll come upon it. I don't think it's a straight line. It never is. Anyway, thank you so much for sharing

Hi, Kay. I think Deborah put that really beautifully, and I think I don't think I've actually ever heard anyone say that they they've accomplished everything they wanted to accomplish. I feel like that's quite big. And going along with the Devor side of writing down what inspires you, what you're grateful for, that might be a good place to start, because that sounds like you should be very proud of yourself

I don't really know anyone. Or maybe it's just me and the people I surround myself with. But we're young, we're millennials. We're in that millennial route where it's very hard to put a semblance of a life together. The way we thought life was going to be is just not feasible anymore. So we're all kind of torn between our purpose and what will make us money and can we achieve the things we want to achieve
Hey Kay, it's so good to hear your voice. It's so good to hear your story. And it's good to hear that you know, what you seek, because that's really half of it. You know, we go through life and maybe we discover what we don't like, but that helps us discover what we do like and what we do want. And maybe what we need

I remember you responding to something that one of my recordings saying that you feel as though you care a lot about your health and being fit in exercise and things of that nature and making healthier choices for yourself and your body, which is good. That's one of the beautiful things about this app is that if you're in your own mind, you're in your own head, you're only as good as your thoughts. But a community like this or any of your local communities that you can develop, you've got all that feedback from all those different folks
