Its ok to not be ok

And even for myself, wasn't easy to admit. Why do we always feel the need to be strong? Why do we feel guilty? When taking a time out, I was overwhelmed with such a guilt. How can I sit here and cry and feel sorry for myself? And I have so much to be grateful for. Expressing our emotions is never a bad thing. If you're not okay, it's okay to say so. Let yourself feel your feelings. Be kind to yourself

I mean, some days we do feel low, and I think it's okay to not be okay, in your words, as you said, because we are humans. Everyone has their own journey in life. And if things are not going well in your life, you can't force yourself to be okay
