Monday dreary, Tuesday leery…

But yeah, I didn't make it. But I remember climbing the stairs to get to the platform and when I finally got to the top and I walked out there and I looked around and I looked down and I got closer to the edge and my coach was on the sidelines because swim coaches and dive coaches are never in the water. He said, all right, make sure you put your legs together. You don't want water up your house. I was in high school

Actually, you almost want to regret it, but you did something that some people will spend their whole lives thinking about but never doing, never acting on. And to me, that's the saddest thing ever. It's when a person is convinced or lets themselves be convinced by outside elements of something that they initially didn't have to begin with those thoughts to begin with. So props to you and may you continue creating. And good reference also with The Blade 1982, the best version

Mr. Fryedoreo, thank you so much for responding to my post. I agree with a lot of your points. I really do think that fear is the seatbelt to a lot of progress. I know on a personal level that it has it's been that way more than once, and it restricted me to the point where I'm finally coming to grips with finding the part of that seat belt that unlocks itself and I'm finally getting out the car and walking, so to speak
