article image placeholderLet's discuss Storytelling | LinkedIn
It is impossible to misunderstand stories, which is why storytelling is the most powerful medium of communicating with anyone. And unfortunately, what makes storytelling the number one tool in marketer and advertiser and the creators took it. No matter what we are trying to convey, we are going to frame it using storytelling as our medium. Because if I am to give you a boring old essay explaining everything, you are probably not going to read all of it

I'm hosting Let's discuss Storytelling . Would you like to attend? https://s.swell.life/STH3YKhMtvCgRJx #WritingAndBeyond

And I think that's kind of along the lines of when we hear he said, she said types of descriptions or the truth. There's your truth, my truth, and somewhere in between, and like, whatever the story is that we're looking at, there are all these different facets and from the macro to the micro and the embellishments and the exaggerations and the downplaying. And it's funny because I think some of these things are unavoidable in the sense that storytelling is how we communicate, right?

Without that, we useless. I am useless. So, yeah, I think what you said, the gist of that is what was discussed and people basically highlighted how storytelling is not one way anymore. It used to be that way, which is why it seemed like such a non slippery slope, but then people just didn't have the privilege to respond back to the storytellers. Now they can do that, right?
