I was in a professional situation recently where I was around people with high level Csuite titles, and they sat in a room and and complained about being picked on and how the things that we're being held accountability to as an organization just weren't fair and this isn't right, and we're just doing the best that we can. Oh my gosh, how dare these investigators just pick on and target us like this? And it was unnerving and it was disgusting

Now, there was an incident that happened last week and someone made a mistake and they didn't want to own that mistake. They wanted help for that mistake. And so the person was trying to help them undo what they did because they didn't want to take responsibility for the damage or the chaos that they were getting ready to cause

I've had to learn a lot of things from not only my own mistakes, but all the times that life kicked me in the a**, which is a lot. It teaches you things. Now, the one thing that I learned from, especially accountability in the workplace, is, for me, this may not work for everybody. For me, it's a motivator, right? So when you realize, oh, man, I screwed up, okay?

And I had a candidate, several, but this specific candidate emailed me back because once they don't show, I will do my part and email them and say, hope all is well. You were a no show for your interview, and at this time, we will not accept any rescheduling of this interview. We wish, just so that they know, okay, I did log on. You weren't there

Maybe the mask protects for more things than just covet it. I'm like, Is there a spray or something I can use to avoid people who are this way? Because it just makes my skin crawl. I don't prefer it

What kind of high school mess is that? I have decided that it could be that I'm over corporate politics and all that stuff. Like, I used to be on this path of I want to progress to this level or that level
