Working on mental health

article image placeholderUploaded by @Shravzsurvives
So I'm going to share some really tried and tested methods of so many experts out there and some advice that have worked for me and some that I think I might have incorporated myself. So I'm going to share those all with you and I hope that works for all of you. What's mental health? Okay, simple. Just like physical health. That's what into our body. Mental health is about mind, mindset, thinking, behavior, a lot of things

Hey, first of all, it was really informative. Swell. And I think it's going to help a lot of us because, yeah, we need more people like you to talk about mental health, to share their experiences and tips to how to deal with mental health issues and how to maintain a healthy mental health

But somewhere if you remind yourself that it doesn't matter, what matters is what you think about what you did. So as of the word mental health, before it gets to the body, it first begins with the mind control the mind, then the mind controls the body. It's probably not the other way around. And so that's one of the ways to view life more objectively and closely tied to that is the separation between the role and the identity more applicable at work

Sorry. There was some background noise. Just to conclude on the previous thought, the word of caution that I was trying to explain is about maintaining the sense of balance. And it is very circumstance driven. It's not like one size fits all. It needs to be constantly on the lookout for these signs which could be triggered, signs which could upset mentally. And sometimes the best strategy is to not take on something head on. Sometimes it's okay to sit back and wait and wait it out

Hi, Chefs. I hope you are doing great. You know, I really just appreciate you for coming up with this topic. As we are in The Winners and the City, we are still a bit of a conservative to talk about mental health. You know, when we do consider a word mental, we always have a thing like why he is doing it. Your brain is not in a stable position. This could be a very heart disease for yourself
