And I think forgiveness, what you're talking about, is one of the most important ones, at least for me, because it's so important to have grace for yourself and others while you're healing and trying to move through experiences. It can be really difficult to let things go and to move on. And if you don't do that, you'll stay kind of stuck where you were when you made a mistake or where you were in your relationship with somebody when they made a mistake

Hi rightly mentioned that it's very important that those three points which you have mentioned for any person to, you know, live their life completely situations it's not only letting them stress free anxiety, but also creating a person as a human that also building up a person's mind with positivity. And as I mentioned, gratitude is very important and everyone's life letting go is also very much important
