Brian. Brian. Beautiful introspective. I don't usually do that. I don't look behind me. I don't. I should do that, shouldn't I? It's a very good way of getting on track. I mean, getting towards the goals that you want to get to, especially if you set your goals for the beginning of the week and you said by Friday or by Saturday, I'm going to reach this goal of mine. And small steps

Hey, Brian, thank you for this question. I think hearing the two of you speak, actually, it makes me realize that, you know, a lot of us measure ourselves by our impact on others. And sometimes that impact, the impact is not immediate, and you find out months or years later. And this week I did a little more time literally getting out of my house and being in nature to do my work on a porch or on something outside

In other words, when you eat your food, the nutritional value of your food as it fits into your system, water helps that picture 50 people trying to get through the door. It needs to have a pretty wide door, right? But a typical door to a house, you could get 50 people into that door, but I think they'll get in the door easier if they came in one at a time or one behind the other. They're not 50 wide

And as far as things I wish I did better, I would probably say stop working earlier in the day because I got such a good one from being so productive that I would just blow through my six or 07:00 hour just working on my computer, pushing to start a dinner back. My partner, she was doing the same thing because it was such a big week for both of us, so it worked out. But traditionally I like to kind of have a hard floor for work in the day

But it just seems like whatever I'm doing, I just don't feel better. And so it was so nice to see other people in an international grocery store, which, by the way, we were the only white people there, which felt amazing. It was not intimidating at all. And everyone was so sweet while we owed and ought over everything. But yeah, just doing something completely different because the way I'm eating is not working and I want something completely different
