Worthless emotions

It's not something or something that has recently happened or it's just keeps on happening with me very often. I mean, there are days which are very bad and low and I can't even explain. I keep looking for the people where I can kind of dumbo my emotions. But what I feel is that kind of make you more crippled actually. You just can't do it by yourself

Hey, Richa. I mean, I don't know if it makes any difference right now because you're clearly not feeling well. But I do understand what you're going through. Honestly, this feeling is familiar. That whatever is going on inside you, there's no way you can explain it to someone. And there's no way someone else can make you feel better. Because it feels like nobody knows, right? Nobody knows the right words to say. Because you don't know that yourself

I can explain what I'm feeling is the jittery emotions and the anxiousness, the sweaty arms and all those features of being very anxious right now. But whatever you said when you say it's familiar. So I think I understand that you're are coming from the same place where you understand me, actually. Thanks a lot for that
