I think that's sort of frustrating me right now because we've tried a lot of ways to communicate through text, through emails, through assigning, and it's just been a loss. I don't know how anything works for you and how you can communicate better, like as a team or like, what are some advice you would give me as someone who's like trying really hard to communicate, but maybe I'm not going about it the right way.
