Brady one of the things that I look for when I look at a college football quarterback kind of improving on the year is you look at guys that have the athletic ability, that have the talent, but they may not have been as consistent. But as they learn and as they grow, got to remember that in some cases they're only 17 and 18 years old. The more that they can learn and absorb into a system, the better that they should get
