National Championship Game: Alabama vs. Georgia tonight 8pm ET ESPN

article image placeholderAlabama-Georgia: Expert picks for CFP National Championship game
The College football National Championship is upon us tonight. Number three, Georgia will take on number one Alabama at 08:00 Eastern on ESPN. Now, these two teams just faced each other a few weeks ago in the SEC Championship game, where Alabama got the upper hand on on Georgia, beat them pretty good at 41 to 24. However, in this game, Georgia is the three point favorite. Now that's a little surprising, and I've been trying to wrap my brain around

Phil, this line does not make sense at all. But I'm not Vegas, and I don't move the line, and I'm not a professional butter. So if people think Georgia was just a fluke in that game, then Georgia is the better team in every way. And I think Bennett will have to play a lot better. He threw great balls against Michigan, and he avoided that. The sax like Hutchinson O Java, Michigan linebackers Cornbeck DAX Hill

DAWGS

Yeah, I've tried to spend as little time as possible getting caught up in the spread movements of this game. I really just want to enjoy it for what it is and I will cut right to the chase. The Bulldogs will exactly revenge on the Tide tonight. This is not got to dig it, Alabama. I fully expect them to play a great game. I fully expect Nick Saban to have them ready to go

Bama

But the only play I'm questioning is 52 and a half points with the over under. My first reaction was, oh, this game, 52 and a half under right away. But now I'm thinking about it. What are your guys'thoughts on this over under? I'm liking the under my initial thought, but I'm kind of second guessing on it, but my first pick is Alabama plus two and a half in Alabama money line. But what are you guys'thoughts on the over under?

No trust in Stetson Bennet

And I think those two points Georgia, I do not trust Stents in minute at all. That's why I am choosing Bama because I have no faith in the quarterback of Georgia and Stenson Bennett. And I think Bryce Young is a better quarterback. I think they have a better offense. I was never high on Georgia all year, and I'm going to stand by that. And I like Bama

O/U seems weirdly low

Bennett is the one that I have question marks on. How is he going to play this game? But the one thing I really can't get my head wrapped around is the over under, and 54 is just a weird number to me. I just don't get it. You can look at the game that they played a couple of weeks ago that was at 62. So I know they had a touchdown interception, so you take that off the board and now you're in that 54 realm

Alabama, Georgia fourth quarter. Georgia leads 13 to twelve. Bama has the ball after a sets in Bennett fumble where sensitive Bennett was sacked and it looked like he got hit out of his hand. And the Alabama player just kind of knocked goes for the ball and it was right near the sideline and ends up getting a foot in and gets the ball for Alabama. And now it's 13 to twelve

Alabama just took the lead with a touchdown from Bryce Young. Three our touchdown to Cameron LAtwo. Make it 1813, but then they go for a twopoint conversion to try to make it a seven point lead as they only had a five point lead. Extra point would have only made it. Six, two point would have made it seven, two point play. Four receivers to the right or to the left, actually. And it just wasn't a good play. Bryce Young rolled it to the right
