Can raw foodism reverse diabetes?
For one, it demands giving up too much, and I simply cannot be on starvation mode for, like, endless hours. I really need my snack to get my Grace is pumping. And number two, I hate how most of these diets come up with these fantastic exotic recipes with ingredients that are not easily available. And I'm somebody who's not totally into cooking. And this whole idea of not cooking food and consuming them in the raw form sounds just like my thing

Hi, Ramya. How you doing? Things is interesting. I tried the raw food diet and I got very sick. It does not agree with my digestion. I do have a health condition, though, that is linked to digestion, and I am on a special diet diet. I don't really think of it as a diet. I think of it as a way of eating to control my health problem

Hi, Ramya. I recall being on a naturopathy program that put me on a 14 day diet, so to speak, and the initial six days of the diet was about eating raw food food, and then gradually it led to no food at all, right? Like, I think two or three days was just from liquids and then subsequently water, and then slowly leaning back to a normal diet

Now, your demand is what you require in your body or whatever requirement your body generates, wherein supply is the kind of diet that you follow or change, or the natural diet that you're used to. So idly demand needs, supply has to be hand in hand for a good business. There has to be a robust demand and there has to be a robust supply. So, if you are not creating demands in your body, no matter whatever diet you choose I've tried experimented with keto

I think none of us were shocked. He was literally guzzling sweet foods. However, he was shocked. He took it as a wake up call and he decided that he was not going to take the medicines and that he was going to deal with this in a religious way because he thought that faith is the way out of this. My late maternal grandmother also had diabetes. Now she had type one diabetes. My grandpa got type two
And I really agree with you that while all that filling fiber is great for keeping your appetite in check, it can also lead to some pretty uncomfortable bloating and gas, especially since cooking actually helps break them down so they are easier on our digestive systems. Without that, our bodies will definitely have a harder time processing raw foods. I've just started my diet regimen a couple of days back, but I must say that I'm not going all in. Sorry
Hello, Sagar. Thank you for joining in. Hope you're doing good. And thanks for that health tip that you shared at the end. I totally agree that a simple, healthy lifestyle can help us, you know, to boost our metabolism, help in dealing with diabetes, especially if you're pre diabetic and you're just on the verge of it, and there's still time for you to kind of do damage control

So maybe shameless request for you to do something of that sort, discuss what a balanced meal is actually balanced and maybe it could help a lot of us as well. Yay. Thank you
