He's a happiness coach, a content creator and so much more. So, without further ado, let's welcome Clint Sburges. Welcome, Clintz. It's really, really an honor to have you here. And, yeah, I'll jump straight to my first question to you. Coming from a rather conservative family, your choices have always been quite unconventional, like choosing to pursue a bachelor's degree in Indian culture and archeology. So what drove you to these choices?

We look at entrepreneurialism or getting like a private job or off the likes that's because we were born in an era where India was where capitalism or privatization was kind of opened in India in the 1990s. And we saw how foreign companies and foreign brands and organizations

And so and so you followed your passion and you made sure that you earn loads of pesa through your passion, and it requires a lot of guts. And, yeah, as I said, it's super inspiring. So you have had quite a checkered career path, right? From indulging in singing in your college days to becoming a VJ in MTV, becoming an internationally certified happiness coach. Were all of these conscious decisions, or did you just go with the flow and wherever life took you?

And I think that comes from the fact that maybe the education system, the society around us kind of tells us that they don't be a failure, don't do this, don't do that. And whereas if you go to the west and if you go to, like, Silicon Valley in San Francisco, they would talk about the importance of making mistakes and learning from it. So I feel it's just a mindset sort of it's thing that we need to work upon. So, yeah

But if we can, it is going to be a game changer for sure. Being a motivational speaker yourself, what would you say? Motivational speaker redford like, how do you distinguish between positivity and toxic positivity?

When you're clear about things in life and when you know about what's your do's and don'ts and what's your rights and wrongs, you kind of set yourself in a better path. Second is you got to be an action taker. You definitely got to be an action taker. It's not just thoughts or ideas that will make a difference. It's the action also behind it. So if you're not feeling well, what are you going to do about it?

I think action taking mode is definitely the key word here, because as you said that, yeah, stay positive, be happy. That's something everyone told us when we were growing up. And even today, everyone around us is all about stay positive. But nobody tells us how to stay positive

But with my travels over the period of time, I realized that I was able to explore a world within myself. It wasn't just about meeting people, exploring culture, state, tasting cuisines and all of that. It was about how that kind of helped me evolve into a hopefully, this is what I believe, into a better human being than who I was, more wiser, more stronger, more adventurous. And how do I use all this to create an impact on people's lives?

So, basically, what initially began as a venture to look outside, it turned into a venture of looking inside, which is beautiful and high key, poetic. And definitely I would say you have succeeded in whatever you were aiming to achieve, a wiser self which has a lot of wisdom to offer to the world, or else you wouldn't be one of the top motivational speakers of our country
