Are you okay?

It can be very overwhelming or difficult for you to actually do, but it's the first right steps that you can take, and counseling and therapy is always an option. If you feel like your bad day is more like a bad week or a bad month, people tend to be under the impression that you get cancer or you get therapy only when you're going through a major psychological or mental health issue. But that's really far from the truth

For anyone having a bad day~ #sayitonswell #mentalwellness #psychology

So thank you so much. And I hope you are also feeling better. And yeah, about psychological health. We could talk to someone, but we can't talk to someone, which is happening. We should just write our thoughts and construct them, which is completely right. I try to do that sometimes. It's really hard to write your thoughts out. Does that make sense? But just to write them down and to completely process them is a little hard, I think

Hello, Naina. Yes, I am okay. And yeah, a couple of things that you made that you said definitely makes sense. For example, like just doing something to get your mind off things. Like to completely focus on one thing. For me, that thing has often been bowling. Whenever I'm overwhelmed with emotions at one point in time, I just used to go bowling. You get it, you would know. Yeah

@imperfection 🥳🥳🥳

Wow. Okay. Hi. So firstly, thank you so much for replying. And I'm actually studying to become a psychologist. So yeah. And thank you for asking us. Am. Okay. Thank you. And it's great that you actually ask yourself and you introduce that's something I don't think I can very well do yet. So the fact that you are very in touch with your emotions kind of shows what type of a person you are. And I think that's great

@Tancy_0818 🥰🥰🥰 (recording as in voice note/memo is what I meant🥲🥲 also thank you for all the compliments😭)

I think because we're so used to making swells, it's something that we can easily do as compared to writing our thoughts down. And I think now writing is not something people are very emotionally attached to. So recording might be much easier. So try recording your thoughts when you're maybe having a bad time or anything in general, just try it out and let me know how that goes. If it works out or if it doesn't, maybe I could give you another suggestion

And the topics are also very great. And I love to listen to them. They are very relatable, up to date and get to talk about it so easily. Everything is just so clean and easily that I have to reply to every store because if I won't, I feel like I'm missing out on something. And I do feel like listening to your service is very fun. So I do that. So, yeah, I'm glad that it makes you feel really good

And if anything happens to you, you are feeling a breakdown, take a break, take a step back and think about the things how the things are going, in which direction they are actually going. So taking a break is absolutely the right idea when you're feeling it first
