And we started to look at what if we could buy something and realize that if we were out in the desert, we could buy something and we could afford a mortgage and a down payment. And the question is, could we pre qualify and the mortgage would be less than what we would pay for rent out here and it would be going towards owning a house instead of just renting out some place. What am I saying?
Okay, take any of this with a huge grain of salt. I've never bought a house, no real desire to do so, nor am I in a position to be able to. Okay, first I came across some video some time ago and I can't remember where, so I can't give you the link. But this man was calculating out and he showed the numbers and it didn't seem like they were fixed in any particular way

I've also been thinking a lot about what it looks like to have sort of a we work in experience that is housing instead of office, to flip it, so that people kind of have to share the cost of a Pitta tour in a city like La, but then they get out

There were some little apartments around Roxbury Drive. They weren't there with studio, studio apartments. I was in my 20s, but they were cheap enough. I had enough to rent out this little place, and it felt nice. It was a nice area to live in anyhow. To me, it sounds fantastic, honestly. My family and my family have always been in property, and, like, my grands dad and my uncles and aunts, and it's never gone wrong

So I would encourage you to just look for any properties that are up for auction due to unpaid taxes or things like that. The other thing is, as I've just mentioned in my first part of the Swell was just looking for possibly land itself. I can say land here is expensive, but it could be less expensive for you. Especially given is a desert area
