Wonderful Wednesday - STRESS Less

article image placeholderUploaded by @MHNmaven
So, again, this is all just tips and tricks and things that I have gained from all the knowledge that I've gained through my journey of learning groups I've led or participated in, or from my studies, where in two months I'm graduating summa c** laude with a BS in psychology and hopefully moving on to my Masters next year. So I'm really looking forward to that. My whole point of this is sharing my wisdom and my growth. I'm not perfect

I think all college students can use it, as we're in such a crazy, competitive, academic, busy, stressful environment, and it's important to remember the simple things at the end of the day that are bringing you joy and happiness and allowing you to breathe and all those things. So thank you for sharing. I look forward to hearing more. Bye

@MHNmaven Thank you so much. Less Stress lifestyle in gear:-))

Because usually stress, majority of my stress is relationships whether that's platonic or intimate or even with my kid or majority of my stresses as relationships. It calls for me to do a lot of introspection and to be truly honest with myself about what my intentions are, how my actions impacted me and other people and that kind of thing. So that helps me a lot

In fact, that might be a great topic for this next week about letting go and a variety of different things. So I'm going to look into that because there are so many different ones that I have for letting go that I'd love to share but absolutely. Now, as far as talking to yourself, I will tell you that I talk to myself
