article image placeholderUploaded by @Bmat
To discuss more about the startups ecosystem in Indian and marketing, which is a very key aspect for any startup, I'm joined today by Mr. Webber Sessionty. Mr. Webber is the Founder and CEO at Grove School. In addition, he has also served as a Marketing manager at Uber India and is the head of Marketing for India and the Middle East at Kluk. So Mr. Weber, welcome to Swell. So before starting Growth School, you have had a pretty formidable background in marketing

So Weber, you have started growth school where you create high impact courses for personal and professional growth of learners. So how did you get the idea to start this venture and you started this during the pandemic? So did the situation around COVID-19 have any impact on your decision to start this

We have a lot of young people at Spell who are currently listening to this conversation. So how about Growth School, help them in enhancing their skills and getting them a better job or enhancing their career? And do you have any particular course which you would recommend for people in this age group of around 20 to 25 years

Talking of startups, today we have much more awareness among general people and the VC funding is also comparatively easier to obtain. In fact, in just the two months of do, we have had nine Indian startups who have become unicorns. So being an entrepreneur yourself, how do you see the current startup ecosystem in the country? Are you excited about it? What do you think? Are the future prospects

So I was just reading up a bit about you and listening to some of your talks. And you have had quite some brushes with failures from struggling with your studies during your school to Google banning the first website that you created. But ultimately you have emerged only stronger from every crisis. And unfortunately, in the world of startups, failure is quite, very common. So what would be your advice, someone on how to deal with failures?
