Are we just going to end up landing on different planets with different spacecraft types and leaving behind these platforms? Can you imagine thousands of years down the line if there's aliens we run into and suddenly they find these various flattened, solidified spaces? They've been there. They've been there too. Okay, but I digress. And then you think about as of May of last year, there were something like 6500 satellites orbiting Earth and roughly half of them were active and roughly half of them were inactive

@SeekingPlumb. https://youtu.be/7W33HRc1A6c Planet's fine - We're doomed, but it's hilarious ij the grand scheme

We are just butter drop, an annoying taint, a stain that will be washed away and diluted by everything else, which is much grander and bigger than us and anything that we can conceive. So when we finally destroy our planet, we'll not actually destroy our planet because it's a great big hulking piece of rock. It'll be fine. It'll regenerate

I remember hearing some one hypothesize that perhaps a million or few ago there was a civilization, maybe not humans, but some thing, some iteration of but we would have no way of knowing that they existed because everything that they ever created, et cetera, would have been long gone by now, right? There's no evidence of and of course it's just a theory, but you're right

@SeekingPlumb We all so our little part

You know my thesis about the internet and how we're overwhelmed because there's far too much information that it's actually inappropriate for us to have. And I'm all about freedom of knowledge and research, but it's overwhelming for us, for our poor little lizard caveman brains. Anyway, I've rambled a bit. I'm not sure if I've made point. It's morning time and my brain is not properly poached for the day yet

But then I can also get stuck in the too big picture where there's too much context, it's too overwhelming, and you sort of lose sense of things. And sometimes I need that reminder to sort of bring me back sort of center. Yeah. Thank you for that. Thank you
