And after expanding the teams at twelve, the MLB wanted to shorten the calendar, so they got rid of some travel days. So no off days between games, games four through five in the Division Series and no off days between five and six and the Championship Series. So this could affect strategy. So an example would be the Mariners versus Yankees in the ALDS. So let's say Seattle hosts game Four on October 16 and whoever wins they forced a game five

Hurts teams with 1-2 aces

Just you throw in the rest tired arms, and that could lead to a lot of runs. But this is pretty significant, and I think it really changes the way that a manager has to look at usage utilizing his pitching staff

And I don't know, this could hurt the Mets run because they don't have the deepest I mean, they got some good starters in Chris Bassett and Tejan Walker, but they have probably the best one to punch into Graham and surgery. And with them only maybe pitching one time in the series, that could hurt them and their bullpen. They didn't do a lot to fix it. And it's not a bad bullpen
