Welcome back, guys. Today I will talk about International Paralympic Committee. International Paralympic Committee is an international nonprofit organization and the global governing body for the Paralympic movement. It was founded on 22 September 1989 in West Germany. Right now, the headquarters of IPC is in Bonn, Germany. The first Paralympic Games was organized in 1994. The IPC wants to promote the Paralympic values and to create sports opportunities for all the persons with their disabilities, from beginner to elite labor. And this is a multi sport event
