Last year and the year before that was really tough for, I think, all of us. And for me, I had days where I would feel low, I would cry for no reason. And listening to music was really helpful to me. It lifted my mood. It made me feel much better. So if you're a person going through ancestry, anxiety or depression, I would suggest you to listen to music. It would really help you
