I think I'm slowly getting out of it right now, but I've been listening to the new Bernabe album nonstop, like, start to finish, over and over again. I tried listening to some throwback songs yesterday, but all I could think about was this new Burner Boy album. I definitely think there has to be some scientific explanation for this. It's kind of like the earworm episode of SpongeBob where he couldn't get that song out of his head

I am not even kidding. I am the exact same way. I feel weird listening to anything else after I find something that I really really like and not even like it feels like betrayal listening to something else. I just just physically feel weird listening to anything else. And I never talked about that before because I just thought like oh, this is something that I do. But after hearing you talk about it, I knew I had to come and reply because I'm the exact same way

I do the exact same thing, except I, like, make playlists that I listen to over and over again. And then when I finally add, like, a handful of songs to a playlist, I will just listen to that handful of songs until I literally hate them and then know I had a couple more songs to the playlist eventually that I find or I hear somewhere
