Would you pay $5K to see your favorite artist in concert?

article image placeholderBruce Springsteen Fans Furious at Ticket Prices Going as High as $4-5K, Due to Ticketmaster’s ‘Dynamic Pricing’
That is a ton of money and outside a lot of people's budgets. When I first saw this pricing, I assumed that for $5,000, you got to meet Bruce Springsteen after the show and maybe he gives you a guitar on the way home. But no, that is just the seat and that is exorbitant. But as I look at this, I realize that we may start to expect this more and more into the concerts that we go to

It's not as expensive as going to see a top 40 artist, surely, but it is considerably more expensive than going to a small, independently owned venue

Hey. So I don't think I can ever justify spending 50, let alone a go to a concert, no matter how much I love the artist. Like, Jack Carlo is one of my favorite grip people ever, but I just don't think I can. There's a lot of flaws within Ticketmaster

But if I knew let's just say, for instance, I knew my favorite artist was going to die in a week, would I go see him in concert? Would I pay $5,000? I probably would if I had it. I'm not going to lie. Because it's an experience that it's an experience, you know what I mean? And you can't really replace experiences. You can replace objects and material things, but you can never replace an experience that will last a lifetime

The only person I paid that much money is Michael Jackson. If he was still alive and if he did a concert, that's about it, because I don't see anybody else to worth it to. Even, you know, spend that much on

This is actually really surprising to me. I I don't go to a lot of concerts, so I don't really know, like, the range of like, a good price for a ticket. But I know my roommate and I were planning on going to outside Lands, which is like the a music festival, and when we first were talking about it, we were like, we should get the tickets that come out

Oh, my God, that is a great question and I'm gonna be simple and clear. No, I would never spend that kind of money on any concert. Like, none. And I saw somebody else reply, or I heard somebody else reply that at what if that prison was you knew that prison was going to be dying in the next week or so, and they offered this one last concert. No, I would not pay that kind of money to go watch anybody sing

I feel like when I'm older, if I really wanted to go have a great experience and they were my favorite artist and I don't know, maybe I actually got to meet them or there was some perk, a free t shirt. I don't know. I think the max. I'd say maybe like $2,000. And that would have to be like a great seat for me. At least I can appreciate the artist
