A Shameless Healing πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸŒΏπŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Welcome all to a Wounded Mother? S Awakening series. I am taking you on a walk with me as we attempt to journey down this healing path. We don't know what to really expect, but I was thinking to myself and then you can hear the background nature and I started to think about it. Good morning. There's so many trees, so we do have oxygen around us, but when do we stop to say thank you?

Oh, my gosh. The experience of you, like, walking and kind of like taking in the trees and also observing everyone else around you, like not seeing what you're seeing or feeling what you're feeling, that is so relatable to me. And. Yeah, I love that you went to the tree and it held you. Yeah

And I think going outside in nature and trees, it helps. It really helps. I kind of pay attention to my spirit guys, like my spirit animals and stuff like that. And so one of them is to was suggested that sort of divination is sort of like going out and being around the trees and talking to the trees and hugging the trees and asking trees for advice and guidance and stuff like that. I still need to learn how to do that

However, I do suggest other ways that you can express this kind of gratitude with Mother Earth, since we all come from Mother Earth. Another way that you can practice this is showing gratitude towards someone else, giving them a hug instead, or maybe writing a note, a text of gratitude. Because when you do that, not only does that bring like this high energy kind of feeling to the person, but also yourself. Yeah. Thank you so much for sharing that

@Pinkdandylion The gift of Nature β€οΈπŸŒΏπŸ¦‹

Thank you, LaToya, for responding to this well and for sharing your insight. There was just so much you mentioned that I relate to, which is it's amazing and like being an empath and how people just don't understand that. And you mentioned about this energetic boundary. I love that because throughout my journey, I have learned and I've become aware of that. I have to listen to those cues that my body is giving me. So for me to ignore it, I am ignoring myself

But yeah, it's definitely just like, you just got to find your own rhythm, which is okay because I used to just go to the park and meditate and, like, just a little too serious not going to lie, but I didn't really feel like I was incorporating joy into my life. Things that wouldn't make me happy. So now I'm just like, you know what? I'm going to dance outside in the public with the trees, with the birds

Oh, my gosh. I love this so much. Yeah. I think that's the big thing that's been missing in my life is doing things that will bring me peace or grandma. Like you said, meditating at the park. But it leaves you so, like, dry sometimes and and without joy. Like you said, enjoy is so important, and it really needs to go hand in hand more with groundedness and peacefulness. I love that. I love to dance and to just sing terribly
