Also, if anyone has owned the Southwest, please let me know if there's law turbulence. I know that airline doesn't like, I know a specific airline doesn't cause turbulence, but I believe it does. So even though I know it's not true, it's true. You know what I mean? So please help me. It's

I have the same exact issue. I am terrified of flying. I always get anxiety and think of the worst possible thing happening or that's going to happen, which is crashing. So I don't really have healthy ways of coping. What I do. I just drink before I go to the bar in the airport and just have a drink or two. And that kind of calms my nerves. But yeah, I try to also just sleep if I can

I haven't handled turbulence as well as I used to. You can Mark that up to shutting down an engine and making an emergency landing. But there are a couple of things that I will note here that you can try. One is on your way to the airport. If you're on a bus or car, make note of how bumpy that ride is going in. You'll be surprised how bumpy the roads can actually be and how it is not smooth. Make note of that

Hey Grace I can feel you on the plane anxiety it definitely can be scary up there I mean, after all, you are in like a metal vessel thousands of feet up in the air not to scare you more, but it is very crazy and I wish I understood the technology behind it to understand but even if I did, I feel like maybe I'd be more scared so probably not but the one thing that honestly has helped me out with that and it's from the pilot himself I remember I was super young honestly, I don't even remember it super well my family tells me the story but pretty much I was like crying so I didn't want to be on the plane and the pilot was like, girl, this is my little girl or whatever he said this is my job
