LGBTQ Community 💗

article image placeholderUploaded by @Nishtha_10
Today, homosexuality and queer identities may be acceptable to more Indian youths than ever before, but within the boundaries of family, home and school, acceptance of their sexuality and freedom to openly express their gender, gender choices still remain a constant struggle for LGBTQ people. If somebody doesn't know LGBTQIA stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer urban India, where people are just being very open on social medias and just talking about things related to LGBTQ community

If I give my honest opinion, I will say that I won't categorize people based on their sexual preferences because there is no need to do that. How would it matter to me as an individual to have a personal leads their personal life? I mean, in fact, how does someone being straight help me? Unless someone hurts someone, they must have the freedom to live their life as the way the Almighty has blessed them with. Just because someone is different to us doesn't make the fact relevant

But still, there are like many parts of India where people need to accept this, although it doesn't make any difference if people are accepting or not. It should be the person accepting themselves. Like they should have that. Living in a country like this, it requires a lot of courage to accept that only. So, yeah, that was my view. But thank you so much for your response. I really like what you said. And yes, thank you
