Fabulous Friday - Anxiety Relief Strategies

I'm not going to be afraid of this because I have relief strategies. I'm going to do things to help me not cope, but give me strategies to get better at dealing with natural anxiety and keeping it from escalating it into generalized anxiety and a million different other things that could possibly happen, depression and other things that are more dangerous and need professional help

So I've had to do this myself the past couple of weeks and I had to be strong. I need to be strong for him because he's going to come here and this is a new world for him here in Dr. But in any case, I do believe that kind of getting outside of your head will release the anxiety. It doesn't mean that you're sweeping it under the rug

Hey, Bo, thanks for the invites to this swell. It's an amazing topic you have here, and I love your enthusiasm towards helping to provide clarity and relief for people's challenges. I love how you discuss the multiple ways people may be relieving their anxiety without even recognizing it. Definitely was insightful to me. I mean, I do a lot of the things you mentioned naturally. I've just built my life around being physically active and being outside more than I'm inside, usually

I am really glad and happy that something resonated with you and struck a chord so much as to you wanting to reply, and it certainly does will help boost the awareness so people can see it in this format. It's a fairly new format as well, but I'm hoping that we can make this explode because there is a lot of information on this particular platform about mind health, which I'm very happy to see because it is very needed in the world right now and I am now following you

And then something like the pandemic and all the chaos that's going on in the world awakens the fact and alerts them and makes them aware that, oh my gosh, I think I might have anxiety or panic or depression and all of these things come up out of these type of things. So it's really the reactiveness and having control of your anxiety and living with anxiety is something every single person on this planet does
