Do you count calories/macros?

I have really mixed feelings about counting calories and your macros, getting a scale to weigh your food, all of that. If that works for you, amazing. And I applaud you for even knowing how to do that. That I think I'm almost too lazy to learn. And I don't know if it will even help me. I know a lot of trainers and I know like, fitness influencers talk about it and how they do that and they are really fit

Like, I don't want to be fixated on it because I love food and I don't want to have to mentally change the way I feel about food right now. But, yeah, sometimes I'll look at the label and just be like, okay, don't look at the details too much. But just to get kind of, like an understanding about what I am eating, I think it is important to be mindful about what you eat
