And so while you're riding your bike, you clip this cleat into this mechanism and it's like you're stuck to the pedal and it gives you power on the upstroke as well as the down, and it gives you more power, it makes it more efficient for the transfer of power on your crank because you're riding down the road
Hey, Wren. Yeah? This anecdote was so funny and very relatable. Unfortunately, my first question is, why do people wear bike cleats? I haven't heard of them before. They sound really cool, but yeah, I can guess. Were you trying to use it for the first time? And I also have a pretty rough biking story. Just anytime something happens where it's, like, public, I feel like people can see, and it's actually something where you get really hurt

So whenever you're ready to dismount the bike, you kind of twist your ankle out and it unclips you from the pedal. But the looser you have that, the less you have to twist your ankle to take it off. But, yeah, I use them all the time and I actually have a hard time riding a bike with just regular platform type pedals. Anyway, thanks for responding. I hope you're doing well. You're

And I've been thinking a lot about that's my hill to climb, analyzing what happens to me when I am looking at and what happens to my shot. And I'm curious, and I don't want to get spooked because I really want to nail this because I have such a love for the sport of just shooting hoops
And so I'm laying there and the bike is on top of me, and I'm just looking up to the sky. Definitely wasn't on cloud nine, but I've seen many clouds. So anyways, it's kind of embarrassing. And till this day, I think I won't say how many years ago, but many years ago. And I have never thought about ever using those clips again on any bike that I owned. So, anyways, like you said, the neighbors were good
