We are stuck at home most of the day, so we must try to maintain a healthy body and mind, even though we cannot attend many outdoor activities. To keep our body fit, we should do regular exercises and have a proper diet of healthy foods. In the absence of an active exercise routine and diet, we become lazy and may gain weight. Gaining weight is not always a bad thing, but too much weight gain may lead to obesity

Walking, lifting weights and doing course. It's all good regardless of what you do. Regular exercise and physical activity is the path to health and wellbeing.
