Developing habits - Habit 1

Exercise releases various hormones like dopamine san serotonin into the system that almost gives a euphoric effect without knowing anything else but putting effort into moving your body and doing a little strength exercise to make your day better. I've personally experienced this during the core 19 quarantine. Because everyone was home, I thought I would experiment working out every day. This instantly created motivation for me to get up every day and finish my tasks
