Hi everyone. This is Pranica signing back in for yet another episode of my podcast. Today we will be talking about Imposter Syndrome. So, as the name suggests, Imposter Syndrome is actually a mental condition in which people believe that they are not dissolving their achievements or accolades. And this is very prevalent in high achieving people. Even though they have a bunch of achievements to their name, they don't feel like they deserve it

Self monitoring goes a long, long way, and it can help you to keep a record of what you're thinking. You may be able to identify patterns through self monitoring. That is pretty much it.
