Is it ok to not be ok?

Hey, swell community. It's Adam. Hope everyone here is doing well and taking care of themselves today, finding a way to move onward and upward. However, to pose a question here, and I just wonder, is it okay to not be okay? Right?

I try to do things in a healthy way to help me process my emotions. Whether it be talking to somebody, whether it be watching a movie, just so I can tap out of my emotions for a second and step into a different reality so I can see and look at myself objectively without those negative emotions. Because in my opinion, the first thing that we have to do in order to move forward is to step out of the negative emotions, finding a way to do that

I don't know how any one person could grow under those type of circumstances. Life can't be that good because ultimately you won't reap the benefits of a true life, a true life experience. So I think by you saying you're not okay at this time, which, you know, you'll work through it. I know you will. We all do. We got this thing, too. It's called perseverance in spirit, mind, body, soul

So I feel like feeling it and talking about it just like you're doing is exactly the right thing and telling yourself, man, this really hurts, but it won't hurt forever. I think it's all really important
