How do you deal with negative thoughts?

So just gather your thoughts, print pictures, get stickers, get things that will make it beautiful or it will make it look the way you want it to look and just put it out there. And every morning you'll wake up and look at it. I think you'll be able to admire it very much. If you admire it, I think it will help you a lot. Just look at it every day and remind yourself this is what you're going for

If you are finding ways to get out of your negative thoughts this is the swell for you ❤! Also just do the things that help you and which you love 😊

Great. Swell. I mean, the way you explained every single thing was so good. And, you know, this was something which I will try and, you know. Yeah, yeah. I think it will help. And thank you so much for posting this. And negative thinking can contribute to problems such as social anxiety, depression, stress, and low self esteem. It's just that moment of time and I try to just forget it and try to keep myself well equipped and busy and other things so that my mind stays out of it. Negative thoughts comes only when you're not positive. So rather than trying to be negative or let's stay positive and get things done quickly and clearly thank you for this well

So next time I will try doing that. And I don't think affirmations work very well for me, but I did try them out briefly before. And mine maps are absolutely great. I do think that they do work out pretty well to kind of conceptualize and constructively put down your thoughts. So, yeah, thank you so much for putting up this. Okay, first of all, all the, you know, like tips or tricks you told were amazing. And I'll probably try some of them. But for me, how do I deal with negative thoughts? So it depends this type of negative I just put on me a headphone

And the great way to deal with it is simply to just keep self motivated, to distract it from that negative thoughts and engaging in any other job. So I think it's literally super to have some jobs, have some work to done. For that it will be easy because we will not continue to think about any negative stuff. Instead of that we will work and we will engage engaging in other stuffs. So for me I will do any other things that distract me from negative thoughts. Thanks

Just try to be happy, eat this or do this, have fun, go with your friends or something like that. But that doesn't really help. So there is a lot of kind of like barriers in entering to therapy. There are barriers even before you go to therapy. So yeah, I think that would be really hard for some people. But anyway, you talk about mindfulness. I'm really glad you did

Thank you so much for sharing your views. And I'm glad that you do use vision voice for kind of like an inspiration related not exactly for negative thoughts, that's also fine. If you're doing something that makes you happy, that is the best thing ever. And affirmations. I do understand that affirmations are a really hard thing to use. I didn't exactly give the best advice on affirmations because I'm also in a learning phase

Also, you are completely right that it depends on what kind of situation you are going through and in every way. Every kind of situation has a different solution, definitely. So yeah, I would like to know different kind of problems or different kind of situations surrounding anxious things

And you know, I, you know, I do agree with the points I have said, you know, that you could, you know, when you have having negative thoughts, you know, you can look up to your idols, you know, to be the people you really respect, the people who motivate you, the people who give you inspiration. You can look up to them and see how they have struggled and compare yourself

It is hard for me, but I have been. And the one time I did that, I wrote like two pages. It was followed. I wrote two pages. And it was a lot. And I felt very refreshed. It felt like I was in a different world or something. It just felt so much normal to just see my thoughts there, to see what I felt for so long, just to write it down and be able to reflect. So I completely agree with that

In a way, reality isn't real. However, it's not an illusion either. It's just what we make it to be. And you're really right about all these thoughts and the believing part. We tend to make certain things reality according to what we want to think, not what it actually is

-(1-9)+ numerology is what I've discovered on my own. In a very low mental state of being

I lost many things that I thought I had, that I felt very connected to, that I believed was mine. But again, this is consciousness I can channel very well. I study numerology, and I believe it's from the vedas, but I did not study it from the vedas. I had an enlightenment 2020, 2020, which is perfect, hindsight 2020. There's also a mass awakening. On 2021, there was a global awakening
