@DeekshitaV

Thank you so much, Dixita, for joining us. So my first question for you is do you think stress is essential to increase resilience

And that's is the only way to succeed in life, which is not you can be chill, you can be calm and you can still achieve so much in life. You just need to know how to manage things around

@DeekshitaV

I totally agree to you D*** Shita when you said that one should know how to handle situations well and to that. My second question for you is what is that one new skill you want to learn that would help you handle a current stress situation? And how can you start learning it according to you

Now, I am someone who is in a lot of communities, and I know a lot of people so many a times there are people who reach out to me for help or there are opportunities that I could apply to, but I do not have the time to apply to them, or I do not have the time to commit to a six month long opportunity or a year long opportunity. But it's very appealing to me

@DeekshitaV

So after listening to your answer, I feel like I do need to learn this skill myself. So I hope I learned this skill soon. But moving on to our next question. Victhapa, take us through an incident where it in life, stress overwhelmed you and I want to know how did you deal with it

So when I attended that therapy session, it made me realize what was actually going wrong. I wasn't able to manage everything together. I was super stressed out. I gained a lot of anxiety because of it. And I think that therapy helped me get out of it. So I knew how to make this. I know how to plan, I know how to do everything. But it was just an overwhelming point in my life where I had to slow down, take a break

What are some key points to remember when timelines and work schedules don't allow you to take out time for yourself? So what are those some key points that you remember at that time
@DeekshitaV

Apart from that, one thing that I recommend people to remember is the reason they started it. Because at times it's so overwhelming that you just want to leave everything aside. So just at that particular time, just think, why did you start this and why did it motivate you to work so hard towards this particular site? And it will give you a bit of a push ahead to work towards it again

@DeekshitaV

That was quite insightful Deekshita So my last question for you is as a podcaster tell us a few things you think are amazing about the industry and some negatives
@DeekshitaV

So, I mean, it's not really even a negative. It's just building up. It's in the developing stage. Had it been a more responsive audience or a huge audience, I think more people would have been motivated to start a podcast of their own because there are so many people who are amazing, have amazing experiences. And if you get to hear them, it will be a great experience. And thank you for these questions. I know it was the last one
